During my tenure at Ličila.si, I had the privilege to serve in two significant roles: as a Software Developer and later as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). My contributions spanned across multiple facets of the business, driving innovation and operational efficiency. As a Software Developer I played a key role in optimizing warehouse and wholesale operations by developing custom applications that automated processes and ensured seamless workflows. To enhance order processing, I integrated various carrier services into the company’s administrative systems. Additionally, I designed and implemented microservices for warehouse statistics and developed a camera-based monitoring solution for packaging processes, providing valuable insights into operational performance. My contributions extended to both frontend and backend systems, enhancing the functionality and user experience of their admin and e-commerce platforms. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) I guided the IT team and oversaw all technological aspects of the business. I devised and implemented innovative IT strategies that aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring that the technology roadmap supported growth and efficiency. My responsibilities included managing time-sensitive projects, designing cloud architectures, and optimizing system performance.
